Tai Chi Practice Improves Mental Focus

It has long been know that Tai Chi practice, in addition to it’s physical benefits, calms the mind and improves concentration.

There’s an interesting research study here – http://journal.frontiersin.org/Journal/10.3389/fnhum.2014.00013/full  that looks into this and provides solid evidence of an improvement over a 15 week Tai Chi course.

The researchers also propose that Tai Chi could be beneficial for individuals with ADHD.
